Standard Free Shipping Methods – UPS and USPS

At MadMor Enterprises llc, every order ships free using a mix of economy shipping methods including but not limited to: USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Select, and UPS Ground. Your order will arrive within 2-7 days, depending on your proximity to Ft. Lauderdale Fl. This offer is only available in the 48 contiguous US states. Post office boxes do not qualify for free shipping. Packages will be shipped with the most economical method but for your reference generally follows these guidelines. Packages under a pound are likely to be shipped first class mail, 1+ pounds UPS ground. Offer valid only in the 48 contiguous US states. Freight and drop shipments for larger orders do not qualify for Free shipping. Not valid for wholesale customers.

Expedited shipping

This is an option with (next day air, 2nd day air, 3 day select-business days) at an extra cost if you need products sooner. There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays and these days do not count as “next business day”.

All expedited shipping options on orders need to made before 1:00 PM, ET for same day processing.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size, and weight. Carrier restrictions may prevent selected items from being deliverable to destinations within Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. Furthermore, there may be some orders we will not be able to ship because of distance or cost.

Special Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to New York, Connecticut, Vermont, or outside the lower 48 United States. If a product cannot be sold in a particular state, then you will be informed of the restriction on the product’s information page. Madmorllc.com will adhere to all state shipping restrictions. All aerosol cans must be shipped by UPS Ground. They cannot be shipped by US mail.

WE USE UPS AND USPS

For shipping, we use UPS and USPS services and over the years they have proved to offer superior service with exceptional on-time rates with very minimal damage. In most cases, packages shipped with UPS will end up to your doorstep in less than 4 days while USPS can take up to 7 days but is much more economical for smaller packages. Both carriers have excellent on-time rates, however, during large storms, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances deliveries may be delayed and will be noted by UPS or USPS when viewing the tracking information. We are unable to refund or compensate for delays in transit. UPS will deliver packages Monday through Friday and USPS will deliver Monday through Saturday (may vary depending on your location).

UPS & USPS HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Only a few times a year UPS and USPS do not deliver or pick up packages. These days are listed below and because they will not pick up packages, we are unable to ship any orders out of our facility that day. Please know that around Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday and the week before Christmas additional delays may be encountered due to the large volumes that UPS and USPS will experience.
